Thank you to those who joined in on Thursday 1st December at the Glamis Hall 7-9pm. Thank you to Harriet from North Northants Council who gave us an update on what they have been doing since the last Climate Conversation and to our hosts Heather, and Jonathan, who also updated us on what Wellingborough Eco Group is doing, including about their new ECO HUB.
Residents, businesses, faith, community groups, and schools were invited to attend and help us better understand the challenges and impacts of Climate Change, and what we can all do in response. We reflected on the Climate Conversations we held in the spring and sharing some of the content from our 11 workshops held this summer.
This was the second of the second series of Climate Conversations from Wellingborough Climate Action Project (WCAP) who offered more Climate Conversations across the town. WCAP is hosted by Glamis Hall for All and supported by Wellingborough Eco Group and other community organisations.
